Small businesses reporting a full recovery dropped to 30% in January, a 13% decline compared with December.
Of the survey respondents, 58% of small business owners reported feeling a negative impact on their businesses, a 16% increase from December.
Inflation remained the dominant concern among small businesses, but Omicron concerns surged, with 68% of respondents reporting fears it would negatively impact their growth now or later, a 24% increase from December.
