N-Hance Wood Refinishing announced three franchise agreements in Florida that will bring N-Hance locations to Pompano Beach, The Villages and Sarasota.
The company plans to add 12 territories over the next year to the 45 N-Hance locations currently operating in the state. The company said its expansion is driven by the recent housing boom.
“Over the past two years, it’s become clear that the pandemic-induced consumer demand for home remodeling is here to stay,” stated Juan Reynauld, a franchise owner who will add an additional territory in Sarasota early this year.
The company signed 28 franchise agreements in 2021 and is aiming to award an additional 40 franchises in 2022. The company said it currently has nearly 450 franchises across North America. The company offers floor refinishing, although its main business is cabinetry.
