Fundraiser Started For Hardwood Floor Pro Recovering From Shooting

Robert Abreu, a hardwood flooring pro and the victim of a highway shooting in Napa, Calif., is recovering from his injury, Fox KTVU reported.

Abreu was reportedly driving to work Feb. 18 on a highway in Napa when he was shot in the face. Abreu was able to pull to the side of the highway and call 911. He was then airlifted to a hospital.

Tuong Nguyen, 42, was arrested in connection with the shooting and charged with attempted murder, carjacking and firearm possession by a felon, Napa Valley Register reported. Nguyen reportedly had no connection with Abreu.

Abreu underwent surgery over the weekend to repair his right eye. A fundraiser was started to aid Abreu and his family with medical bills.
