The Floor Covering Education Foundation announced a partnership with the Building Talent Foundation to promote awareness of floor covering trade careers, as well as scholarships and training opportunities.
BTF is a non-profit organization established by home building companies with a mission of building a sustainable residential construction force.
“BTF has similar goals to FCEF,” stated FCEF Executive Director Jim Aaron. “We’re both working towards these goals in different ways, so collaboration will help us both reach a wider audience and achieve stronger impact.”
FCEF opportunities will be promoted on BTF’s residential construction career website, JobsToBuild. Both organizations will launch a flooring career informational page, and FCEF will also offer BTF’s job board as a tool for flooring installers and employers.
