Bona US announced the addition of five members to its team.
Javier Villarreal and Gene Vinson were hired as adhesive specialists, Michael Dittmer was hired as a tech and training field manager, and Josh Frink was hired as a tech and training specialist. Bart Tumbarello was hired as territory manager for Illinois.
“Bona is continuing to innovate and expand, and these new team members will help us thrive by bringing their unique perspectives and backgrounds to Bona, our partners and distributors, as well as the Bona Certified Craftsmen within their territories,” stated Gregg Bethune, director of distribution sales—professional sales, Bona US. “We are proud to have them join our team.”
Dittmer has more than 40 years of hardwood flooring contractor experience and 25 years of experience running his own flooring business. A previous NWFA Wood Floor of the Year winner, Dittmer will provide technical support to Bona’s territory and adhesive managers through distributor training across the U.S. and Canada. Frink brings more than 30 years of experience to his new role as tech and training specialist for the Eastern region.
Villarreal will serve as the Bona adhesives territory manager for the Oklahoma and Texas markets, bringing more than 20 years of sales and flooring industry experience to the new role. Vinson will serve as the Bona adhesives specialist for the Northeast region and has 21 years of sales experience. Tumbarello, whose focus will be in the Chicago market, has more than 20 years of sales experience.
