The Floor Covering Industry Foundation updated its branding and reaffirmed its mission of providing financial assistance to those who have worked in the floor covering industry and are facing life-altering illnesses, injuries or disabilities.
The Floor Covering Industry Foundation updated its branding and reaffirmed its mission of providing financial assistance to those who have worked in the floor covering industry and are facing life-altering illnesses, injuries or disabilities.
Along with an updated logo and imagery, the foundation also introduced its new tagline, “The Heart of Flooring.” The rebranding is the result of months of stakeholder input and a branding subcommittee.
“Our goal is to re-introduce the FCIF to the entire floor covering industry with a new and fresh look and encourage more families to apply for medical assistance grants,” stated Sam O’Krent, owner of O’Krent Floors and chair of FCIF’s marketing committee.
The criteria to qualify for financial aid from the foundation include:
Applicant or household family member must have worked in the floor covering industry
Applicant is currently battling a life-altering illness, injury, or disability that impacts ability to work
Financial need.
