Pros Learn Elite Skills at IWFA Expert Sand & Finish School

Wood floor pros gathered to learn elite wood floor sanding and finishing skills at the International Wood Flooring Association Expert Sand & Finish School held at the American Sanders training center in Charlotte, N.C., June 7–9. Industry legends Daniel Boone of American Sanders, Avedis Duvenjian and Vartan Arutyunian of Archetypal Imagery and Vesting USA, and Steve Seabaugh of Seabaugh's Hardwood Floors led the class, which covered next-level sanding and finishing skills, with a focus on learning how to create, layer and modify colors, as well as using shou sugi ban, silver leafing and wire-brushing for custom effects .
