Bona US Announces New Team Members

Bona US announced the addition of four members to its team to cover Canada, Pacific Northwest, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas regions.

Tim Moore joined as adhesive specialist for Washington, Oregon, and Western Canada; Daron Webb now serves as territory manager for Ontario, Canada; Mark Bridges joined as territory manager for Arkansas and Oklahoma; and Jarrett Harwood joined as territory manager for Texas.

“These new additions all bring a deep bench of knowledge and expertise, stated Gregg Bethune, director of distribution sales-professional sales, Bona US. “We look forward to introducing them to our distributors, partners, contractors, and Bona Certified Craftsmen in their respective territories.”

Moore brings more than 30 years of hardwood flooring and construction industry experience to the adhesive specialist role. He previously worked as a floor mechanic, sales and project manager, distributor representative and manufacturer’s representative.

Webb previously worked with Bell Canada, where he began as a cable splicer and lineman was later promoted to cell leader where he led the end-to-end design and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects in Toronto.

Daron WebbDaron Webb

Bridges has more than 20 years of experience in sales management and business development, previously serving as an executive sales manager for a large insurance brokerage company. He also had roles in project management and retail sales.

Mark BridgesMark Bridges

Harwood brings nearly 20 years of experience in the building materials industry, primarily flooring, to the territory manager role. He most recently served as a territory manager for Kitchen Cabinet Distributors, where he covered eight states. He also has experience as a manufacturer’s rep in hard surface products and spent several years as a specialty hardwood broker sourcing exotic and reclaimed hardwoods nationwide.
