Hultafors Group (Gothenburg, Sweden) announced the acquisition of Martinez Tool Co. (Merced, Calif.).
Martinez Tool Co. was founded in 2015 and specializes in premium tools for the trades, including titanium hammers. Hultafors Group is also the parent company of CLC Work Gear, Johnson Level & Tool and more.
