A Jan. 9 trial date has been set for former Alabama state representative Will Dismukes, who is accused of stealing flooring and construction materials from his former employer, according to the Alabama Political Reporter.
Dismukes, R-Prattville, was arrested in 2020 and indicted June 2021 on charges of first-degree theft of property for stealing more than $2,500 in materials from Weiss Commercial Flooring between 2016 and 2018.
