The course, jointly hosted by the NAFCT and Mississippi State University Extension, will be geared toward flooring inspectors and include hands-on lab experiences, presentations and manufacturer tours.

“Equipping participants with a practical foundation in wood science basics will deepen their ability to diagnose difficult problems and propose effective solutions,” Assistant Professor Frank Owens said in a statement.

The event is limited to 20 registered attendees. Registration costs $499 for NAFCT members and $599 for non-members.
