Highlander joined Bona in 2013 and has served in various roles, including sales specialist, territory manager, adhesive specialist and national adhesive manager.
Highlander is also part of Bona’s On the Floor podcast which he co-hosts with Bona trainer Rob Johnson. In the podcast, the duo chat about hardwood floor installation tips, techniques, and (sometimes irreverent) real-world experiences.
“With nearly 40 years of industry experience, [Highlander’s] wealth of knowledge and dedication to the trade is unrivaled,” Bona said in a statement.
In his new role, Highlander will spearhead Bona’s adhesive efforts in North America and continue to lead the adhesive sales team.
