RIVA (Miami, Fla.) hired Maria Astiaso as head of architecture & design.
The new role is designed to strengthen the company’s ties, foster partnerships and stay connected to creative minds behind groundbreaking projects, the company stated.
Astiaso’s extensive background includes work on airport terminals in London and Boston and collaboration with international architects and designers such as Richard Rogers, Aldo Cibic and Luis Vidal.
Since joining RIVA, Astiaso has also been creating tools and educational resources for the architecture and design community, developing educational resources certified by the American Institute of Architects.
