Carlisle Wide Plank Floors Purchased By Texas-Based Private Equity Firm

Carlisle Wide Plank Floors (Stoddard, N.H.) was acquired by Switchback Capital, an Austin, Texas-based private equity firm.

Carlisle was founded in 1966. Prior to its acquisition by Switchback, Carlisle Wide Plank Floors was a portfolio company of Boston-based JMH Capital, another private equity firm. 

TM Capital served as the financial advisor for the sale, the price of which was not disclosed.
