The Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF), a nonprofit that offers financial assistance to people in the flooring industry who are facing a life-altering injury, disability or illness, provided aid for 54 families in 2022, according to FCIF’s 2023 Report to the Industry.
Since 2003, the organization has assisted more than 1,200 people in need of support. FCIF received $847,000 in donations in 2022.
“Raising money and awareness is always a challenge, but it is inspiring to see how our industry responds with the financial help that it collectively provides,” FCIF Chairman Charlie Dilks said in a statement.
