Pallmann Promotes RJ Symalla, Hires Territory Managers Sean James and Tim Weland

Sean JamesUzin Utz North America, parent company of Pallmann, promoted RJ Symalla to technical and training manager. The company also announced the hiring of Sean James and Tim Weland as territory managers.

Tim WelandSymalla has worked at Pallmann for eight years, serving as territory manager for the Rocky Mountain Region. “RJ’s detailed knowledge of the Pallmann product line and past experience as a hardwood flooring contractor bring a great deal of expertise to the position,” stated Mark Weglowski, Pallmann VP sales & marketing.

James has more than two decades of experience in hardwood flooring contracting and takes over as territory manager for California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. He is based in Santa Cruz, Calif.

Weland worked as a hardwood flooring contractor around the Denver metro area for 25 years before joining Pallmann, where he oversees Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, South and North Dakota. He is based in Parker, Colo.
