ABC Names John Mielke Senior Director of Apprenticeship

Associated Builders and Contractors promoted ABC Wisconsin chapter president John Mielke to its senior director of apprenticeship.

In his new role, Mielke will lead educational programs for construction professionals across ABC’s 67 nationwide chapters.

Mielke joined ABC Wisconsin 32 years ago as an apprentice coordinator and spent the past 12 years as the chapter’s president.

“John has been a champion of construction education for more than 30 years at ABC’s Wisconsin chapter,” ABC Vice President of Health, Safety, Environment and Workforce Development Greg Sizemore said in a statement. “He’s the ideal leader to help ABC chapters deliver value to the contracting community.”
