Kährs Group Divests From Its Russian Operations

Kährs Group (Malmö, Sweden) announced it has divested from its business unit and operation in Russia.

The company says it has no further ties or connections to Russia.

"Since Russia’s attack on Ukraine, we have been seeking to leave the country in a way responsible toward our company during challenging market conditions, and toward our local employees in Russia,” Kährs CEO Johan Magnusson said in a statement. “Following an immediate freeze of all financial flows and an isolation of the Russian market, we have now completed a lengthy and complicated regulatory process to sell the operations.”
