Wood product retailer Havwoods (Carnforth, U.K.) acquired Portland, Ore.-based wood flooring manufacturer Castle Bespoke Flooring.
“This transition marks a new chapter in our journey, allowing us to expand our innovative offerings and take advantage of the extensive Havwoods’ infrastructure while maintaining our commitment to unparalleled craftsmanship and sustainability," Castle Bespoke Flooring National Account Director Terry Brandsen said in a statement.
Havwoods’ acquisition will allow Castle Bespoke Flooring to improve in-person client services, utilize Havwoods’ product range offerings and take advantage of advanced supply-chain networks to fulfill its clients’ requirements, the company says.
Castle Bespoke Flooring clients can look forward to extended operational hours and a wider selection of choices, the company adds.
