Residential Construction Spending Grows 1.3% in February

Residential construction spending increased 1.3% from January to February to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $940 million, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Compared with February 2024, residential construction spending increased 1.6%.

Construction spending rose 0.7% from January to February to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $2.195 trillion.

Compared with February 2024, construction spending increased 2.9%.
