Pallmann Vice President Mark Weglowski announced his retirement after 13 years with Pallmann’s parent company Uzin Utz North America Inc.
Josh Neuberger is succeeding Weglowski as Pallmann’s vice president. Neuberger has been with Uzin Utz North America for 12 years as the marketing director for all Uzin Utz North America brands and recently as the vice president of corporate strategy and development.

Neuberger brings over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry and holds a master's degree in business from the University of Wisconsin.
“I would like to thank Mark for his years of service to the industry and Uzin Utz North America. I am grateful to have worked under his leadership and consider him a mentor and, more importantly, a close friend. I wish him all the best in his retirement,” Neuberger said in a statement. “I am very excited to return to the Pallmann brand after serving in various roles within Uzin Utz North America.”
