WFCA Appoints Michelle Nix as Director of Education

The World Floor Covering Association (Dalton, Ga.) has appointed Michelle Nix, a 38-year training veteran of Shaw Industries (Dalton, Ga.), as director of education.

In this role, Nix will oversee the development and alignment of WFCA’s education programs, which support independent flooring dealers through leadership development, workforce training and business education delivered across in-person and digital platforms.

Nix joins WFCA following a distinguished 38-year career with Shaw Industries, where she built a reputation as a highly effective trainer and facilitator known for practical, relationship-driven learning and deep industry expertise, according to WFCA officials.
