WJ Grosvenor, a subsidiary of Fishman Flooring Solutions (Baltimore) and distributor of flooring and flooring installation supplies, opened a new branch in Warwick, R.I., on Feb. 2. Fishman now does business in 18 states.
“Opening the Warwick branch is a natural extension of our purchase of Grosvenor in December 2024,” said Shane Richmond, president of Fishman Flooring Solutions. “That acquisition gave us a strong foothold in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire flooring markets. It also presented an opportunity to build on Grosvenor’s outstanding reputation, earned over decades, to establish the company in Rhode Island.”
The new Warwick branch (101 Hallene Road) is expected to give the Rhode Island flooring installation community fast, convenient access to both Grosvenor’s broad product line and the company’s extensive experience, according to Richmond. The branch features a showroom and a warehouse stocked with Grosvenor flooring and flooring installation products—including engineered hardwood and installation products. The location is managed by Heder Gavira, who has 14 years of warehouse and branch management experience with Grosvenor.
