Flooring giant Mohawk Industries Inc. (Calhoun, Ga.) recently announced net earnings of $42 million for the fourth quarter of 2025 and earnings per share (EPS) of $0.68. Net sales for the quarter were $2.7 billion, up 2.4% as reported and down 3.3% on an adjusted basis compared to 2024.
For the twelve months ended December 31, 2025, net earnings and EPS were $370 million and $5.93, respectively; adjusted net earnings were $559 million. Net sales for 2025 were $10.8 billion, a decrease of 0.5% as reported and 1.3% on an adjusted basis compared to the previous year.
“We took actions throughout 2025 to stimulate sales and enhance our mix in soft markets through innovative product introductions, marketing actions and promotional programs,” said Mohawk Chairman and CEO Jeff Lorberbaum. “Our premium product launches delivered differentiated design and performance features to incentivize remodeling, and our new commercial collections helped us gain momentum in both new construction and remodeling projects.”
