The nonprofit organization Women In the Floorcovering Industry (Dalton, Ga.) has four upcoming events currently open for registration.
On March 29 at 4:30 p.m. CDT, the organization will be hosting Winning the Floor in Today’s Market: Retail Roundtables at the Alliance Flooring Convention in San Antonio, Texas. “This session will explore changing customer expectations and how retailers are leading through a shifting market, with guided table conversations designed to share real-world insights and practical takeaways you can apply right away,” WIFI says. On March 31 at 11 a.m. PDT, the Coverings Speed Networking Lunch will be happening at the Women’s Lounge at Coverings 2026 in Las Vegas, Nev. “Join us for an engaging networking event designed to spark meaningful connections and professional growth,” WIFI says. “Through guided small-group discussions and structured table rotations, attendees will explore leadership, career advancement, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and work–life balance. On April 2 at noon EDT, WIFI will be kicking off its bookclub with a virtual event. “Step into a new way of thinking! Experience Adam Grant’s Think Again alongside other flooring professionals as you challenge assumptions, embrace curiosity, and grow through thoughtful, engaging conversation,” WIFI says. On April 22 at 9:15 a.m. EDT, WIFI will be hosting Confidence in Action: Owning Your Superpower at the NWFA Expo in Orlando, Fla. “Join us for WIFI’s exclusive event, designed to empower and connect women in the floor covering industry. This interactive session will feature both a panel and tabletop discussion focused on pinpointing what your strong suit is and how to use those skills to stand out in the workplace,” WIFI says.
