The Home Depot (Atlanta) is expanding its U.S. presence with 12 new stores across eight southern and western states in 2026, according to a press release from the company.
“The Home Depot is expanding its physical presence to better serve the modern builder and the inspired homeowner,” the company says. “By moving inventory and expert support closer to some of the nation’s fastest growing regions, the company is shortening the distance between a project’s start and its completion.”
"We're excited about all of the progress we've made in our stores. And our efforts are paying off,” Senior Executive Vice President Anne-Marie Campbell said. “In 2025, our customer satisfaction scores increased every quarter, and our tenure with hourly associates is the highest it's been since 2017."
The 1.6 million square feet of new retail space will support The Home Depot’s same-day delivery and in-store pickup services.
