The Floor Covering Industry Foundation (Dalton, Ga.) recently welcomed seven leaders to its board of directors for the 2026–2028 term. The FCIF is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that helps the families of floor covering professionals pay for medical care and other basic needs when life-altering medical crises occur.
The new members include:
- Carole Cross, CEO and Founder, SamplesApp
- Brent Emore, CEO, AHF Products
- Geoff Gordon, Executive Director, FUSE Alliance
- Ralph Grogan, Commercial President, Flooring Division, Meridian Adhesives Group
- Russ Rogg, VP, TotalWorx, Shaw Industries
- Michel Vermette, CEO, AFS Group
- Bill Wilson, COO, Abbey Carpet Co.
“The FCIF continues to provide meaningful assistance to those in need across the floor covering industry,” FCIF Board Chair Charlie Dilks said. “Throughout 2025, our board maintained a compassionate approach to grant distribution, remaining committed to delivering support where it is needed most. We are also expanding awareness efforts to ensure more industry families know help is available.”
