Brent Emore, CEO at AHF Products (Mountville, Pa.), has been named to the board of directors of the NWFA.

Emore has over two decades of experience in the flooring and building products industries, having held leadership positions at The Home Depot and Mohawk Industries before AHF.

“Emore’s appointment reflects AHF Products’ continued engagement with the broader wood flooring community and its commitment to supporting the industry’s long-term growth,” AHF said in a press release.

Existing Home Sales Increase as More First-Time Buyers Enter Market

Total existing home sales increased 3.2% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.17 million in May, the highest rate since December 2025 but still historically low, according to the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Home Builders.
