Business development and sales leader John Kiepper retired after serving 28 years at Sheoga Hardwood Flooring in Middlefield, Ohio. Kiepper had a major role in shaping the business and mentoring many flooring professionals.
“Throughout his time with us, John played a vital role in sales and business development, helping shape the growth and success of our company,” the company said in a Facebook post. “More than that, he has been a trusted mentor and friend to so many within the hardwood flooring industry, always willing to share his knowledge and support others along the way.”
“He was well known and well respected as a low-key but very competitive salesperson,” Vice President of Marketing and Sales Robert McNamara said. “He was a mentor to many on the Sheoga Team and helped grow the brand’s reputation and revenues.”
