April pending home sales increased 1.4% month-over-month and 3.2% year-over-year, according to the National Association of Realtors’ Pending Home Sales report. Regionally, month-over-month pending home sales increased 6.6% in the Northeast, 3.0% in the Midwest, 0.4% in the West and decreased 0.7% in the South.
