Nonprofit organization Women In the Floorcovering Industry awarded over $41,000 in scholarships to 14 women pursuing education and career growth in the flooring industry.
The 2026 WIFI scholarship recipients are:

- Ananda Botello of Riviera Beach, Fla.-based Flortech
- Misty Foster of Dalton, Ga.-based Shaw Industries Group
- Corinne Gilbert of Big Rapids, Mich.-based Gilbert’s Carpets Plus Color Tile
- Ashley Luna of San Diego, Calif.-based RL Flooring Inc.
- Ashley Pinnell of California-based Pinnell’s Carpet One Floor & Home
- Jasmina Posada of Shaw Industries Group
- Sam Robinson of Akron, Ohio-based Ultimate Flooring
- Melissa Rodriguez of Yorba Linda, Calif.-based Noble Floors
- Mykenzie Stuhrenberg of Fort Dodge, Iowa-based Jims Carpet One Floor & Home
- Shari Sullivan of Indiana-based Louisville Tile Distributors Inc.
- Andrea Velez of Irvine, Calif.-based Professional Diversified Flooring
- Rachel Warn of Shaw Industries Group
