Houzz Launches AI Communication Tools in App

Home services software provider Houzz (Palo Alto, Calif.) introduced new AI-powered mobile features to its Houzz Pro app that include call transcriptions, language translations for text, and offline mode.

New Houzz Pro mobile features:

Call recording and AI transcription: Users can record calls with clients and generate transcripts of their conversations.
Two-way video logs: The new camera walkthrough mode captures jobsite footage and the speaker simultaneously. Houzz AI then automatically transcribes the video and files it within the corresponding project.
Translations for text: Users can communicate across language barriers with built-in translations for 10 languages.
Offline mode: Users can access information on the app with limited cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity.
