McDonald grew up in the wood flooring industry and has been involved with the NWFA throughout his career, serving on the Certified Professionals Board, the Education and Research Foundation Board and more. He also has held sales roles at WD Flooring, Aacer, Glitsa and Basic Coatings.
“While teaching classes as a Regional Instructor, I have had the opportunity to witness firsthand the immense pride wood flooring professionals at all career levels take in their craft. I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent the NWFA in this new role and look forward to working with our members to continue advancing and strengthening the industry,” McDonald said.
