Lumber Liquidators (Toano, Va.) committed $100,000 in cash and flooring product to Hurricane Harvey relief in Aransas Pass, Texas, which is located on the Gulf of Mexico near Corpus Christi. The company has already donated almost 12,000 square feet of engineered vinyl plank flooring worth more than $40,000 and will provide more than $50,000 in cash to a fund to furnish the library, offices and common spaces of A.C. Blunt Middle School. The school was the hardest hit in the area, according to local newspaper the Caller Times, and had to close. December 22, 2017
