When potential customers aren’t sure about what they want, Harley Hall, owner of Atlanta, Ga.-based Peachy Flooring Solutions, uses the app CompanyCam to help them envision the possibilities. The before-and-after picture app makes it easy to show prospective clients pictures of jobs that are similar to theirs. “We use it mainly to showcase the transformation of a space with different colors of either the floor itself, or the floor and walls,” Hall says. “Two or three times last week we showed clients before-and-after photos of similar projects using similar flooring, and they were both super happy with the outcome and were very grateful for the suggestion,” he says. “It helps us close jobs, because 50 percent of people have a vision, and the other 50 percent want design help,” he adds.
