QEP Co. Makes Two Flooring Tool Acquisitions

Porta-Nails Inc. in 2011, recently announced two more acquisitions.

The company recently purchased Nupla, an industrial-grade tool manufacturer, as well as the assets of an injection-molding manufacturer that makes trowels, spacers and other products that previously were supplied to Q.E.P. Co. Inc. and to the supplier's other U.S.-based customers.
