Vale, who was previously the senior vice president of sales and marketing for J.J. Haines, will oversee Fishman’s sales team and will also work with senior managers to develop future leaders in the company.

Fishman has expanded its operations over the past two years, having most recently relocated its Charlotte, N.C., branch to a larger location, and opening locations in Nashville, Tenn., and Knoxville, Tenn., in March 2018 and March 2017, respectively.
