Home prices grew 3.1% year-over-year in June, slowing from May’s 3.3% increase, according to S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices.
The 10-City Composite annual increase was 1.8% (down from 2.2%) and the 20-City Composite grew 2.1% (down from 2.4%).
Phoenix, Las Vegas and Tampa, Fla., had the highest annual home price gains in June, jumping 5.8%, 5.5% and 4.7%, respectively.
