The most expensive real estate listing in Florida just got relisted with a price cut—it's now on the market for $187.5 million, down from $218 million, according to Mansion Global.
The lavish Palm Beach home is situated on its own island, accessible by a private bridge. It offers a total of 28,600 square feet including the main house, guest houses, a five-car garage, a massage room, a hair and nail salon, a waterfront gym and, of course beautiful wood flooring.
WFB profiled the wood flooring project in the April/May 2023 issue. In addition to 17,000 square feet of rift-and-quartered white oak, the home has a one-of-a-kind parquet in its 700-square-foot "club room" overlooking the island's private tennis court. The unique parquet was the result of a collaboration between Alex Calderon of Miami-based Cal & Son Carpet & Wood Floors and Winneconne, Wis.-based Oshkosh Designs.
