The construction industry had 264,000 job openings on the last day of February, a 22,000 increase from the previous month, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey.
On a year-over-year basis, construction job openings were down 38.9%, representing 165,000 fewer jobs.
