Tyler Myatt- Loba Application TechnicianWfb Loba Wakol Tyler324

I grew up in the hardwood flooring industry working with my father, who started a company in the early nineties in Charlotte, North Carolina. I started working in the summers and part time as an early teen, learning how to sand and finish. I entered the field full time in 2012, and immediately enjoyed putting systems to the test. Knowing the limits of the products that I use is important, so when I had the opportunity in 2022 to work as the Loba Application Technician for Loba-Wakol North America, I couldn’t pass it up. I enjoy being able to learn the technical side of the industry, and share that knowledge in our trainings.

Eric Underwood- Wakol Application Specialist

I first started in the flooring industry in 2001 working at a carpet warehouse loading trucks and selling carpet and vinyl floor covering. I then transitioned to working as aWfb Loba Wakol Eric Underwood324b helper for a carpet store where we installed a variety of different floor coverings. I worked as a helper for about 6 years until I was able to go out on my own and I started my own installation company. I sub contracted for many different flooring stores until 2021. On October 4, 2021, I took the job at Loba-Wakol North America working in the Technical department as the Wakol application Specialist teaching all types of adhesives, moisture mitigation, patching and leveling compounds etc.
