Tom Sullivan, founder of Lumber Liquidators (Toano, Va.), is expected to list his Miami Beach, Fla., mansion for $24.995 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Sullivan told the WSJ “he is selling the home, which served as his primary residence, because he is looking to renovate another home in the Miami Beach area.”
Sullivan bought the 1930s home for $11 million from a Saudi Arabian prince in 2008, and has since doubled the total square footage to 9,300, the WSJ reported. The 0.8-acre property features six bedroom, six-and-a-half bathrooms, water frontage overlooking Biscayne Bay, a putting green, bocce ball court, full bar, home movie theater and game room.
