The ITC voted 4-0 to maintain the duties, which range from 0 percent to 58.84 percent.
This is the third time in six years the ITC has reviewed and determined to continue its duty schedule. The ITC initially set the duties in 2011, and they were reviewed 2015 and 2016.
The ITC also voted unanimously on Dec. 1 to impose tariffs on Chinese hardwood plywood imports. The vote activated antidumping margins of 183.6 percent and countervailing duties of up to 194.9 percent, which the Department of Commerce had announced in November.
