Home prices rose 4.3% year-over-year in June, according to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices. The annual gain is the same amount reported in May.
The 10-City Composite annual increase was 2.8%, a drop from 3.0% in May. The 20-City Composite grew 3.5% year-over-year, a decrease from 3.6% in May.
Phoenix, Seattle and Tampa reported the highest year-over-year gains among the 19 cities in June, jumping 9.0%, 6.5% and 5.9%, respectively.
