Cheadle used Grok to refresh his company logo (at right) and also uses it to design social media images that enhance visibility for his business. Cheadle utilizes AI to create engaging and creative copy for his website and blog posts. AI tools can generate copy about specific products or topics by inputting detailed prompts. You should always vet text created by AI for accuracy and grammatical errors before you publish it, he advises.
3) Interact With Customers
If Cheadle has trouble crafting a concise response to a customer’s request or needs to explain a product in a way a customer can understand, he uses AI to create a response tailored to the customer’s needs. By giving the AI tool specific details about a customer or a job, Cheadle says he’s able to fine-tune responses to individual customers, which saves him a lot of time.
